Autumn Walk, Arlington Court-Original Gouache Painting

Inspired by a walk around Arlington Court in North Devon last October.
After taking the high path up along the deer park walk through ancient woodlands, I descended down towards the river valley and was greeted with this lovely view of a majestic oak tree bathing in the late afternoon golden sunshine.
Such a re-energising way to spend an afternoon.
