Watersmeet House is a wonderful old building sat in a deep valley where two rivers , the East Lyn and Hoar Oak Water meet.
This picturesque setting is the site of an old nineteenth century fishing lodge that was built way back in 1832.
It’s a great spot to sit and watch the two rivers merge and spill and tumble as they join together and continue their journeys as one down to the sea at Lynmouth
